1. Hair mask once a week.
2. Drink more water.
We love our soy vanilla lattes as much as the next girl, but we love healthy, hydrated, long locks better--healthy hair grows faster.
3. Air-dry hair once a week.
Give your hair a break. If your hair is outright unruly try braiding it at night for soft waves in the morning or throw it in a chic messy pony tail.
4. Use a heat protector.
We may be overdoing it, but we choose to use both a pre hot tool spray (before flat ironing, blow drying, curling etc.) and post-styling spray to protect from UV rays... but even using just one will help significantly.
